Adam English practices in the firm’s Credit Trading & Investing group, focusing on distressed debt and claims trading.
Mr. English frequently represents investment banks, broker dealers and other financial institutions, including hedge funds on the trading of domestic and international syndicated bank loans, debt instruments and distressed assets. Mr. English specializes in distressed debt and claims trading under both the LMA and the LSTA secondary trading documentation.
Mr. English has extensive experience in the review and analysis of credit documentation of both investment and non-investment grade borrowers. He often advises buy-side clients on closing cross-border transactions throughout Europe and the United States.
Prior to joining Kibbe & Orbe, Mr. English worked as a paralegal at Allen & Overy LLP, before training in-house with EDF Energy Plc. Mr. English has also worked at Goldman Sachs International, where he gained experience in corporate actions and distressed debt trading.
